The Challenge

Headlands Brewing is a craft brewery with amazing beer, great food, and a stellar team—yet they were treading water in the market.

They had just undergone major internal changes and were finally set up to scale production and live out a renewed mission focused on sustainability and community. But no one knew it.

The brand felt fragmented across cans, taprooms, events, and digital channels—and the messaging wasn’t keeping up with the upgraded quality of the product or the ambition of the team.
